These terms govern your use of simplementix.com (the "Site"), operated by Simplementix, Inc. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What We Do

Simplementix helps businesses architect their Lead-to-Contract processes using Salesforce, DocuSign, and integration platforms. We also build SimplePerm, a Salesforce AppExchange application. The information on this Site is for general informational purposes — specific engagements are governed by separate agreements between Simplementix and its clients.

  • The Salesforce AppExchange Terms of Use
  • Any license agreement presented within the application
  • Your organization's Salesforce Master Subscription Agreement

Provided "As Is"

SimplePerm is provided without guarantees that it will meet every requirement, run without interruption, or produce error-free results. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any permission set configurations, migration plans, or recommendations before applying them to your Salesforce org.

AI-Powered Features

Future SimplePerm tiers will include AI-powered analysis that evaluates permission structures and suggests optimizations. While we will work to make these recommendations accurate and useful, AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees. They can contain errors, miss edge cases, or produce results that do not fit your specific org's requirements. Always review AI-generated recommendations with your team before making changes to production environments. These terms will be updated with specific details as AI-powered features become available.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SIMPLEMENTIX IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
